Some people enjoyed this and I did watch the walkthroughs and the more I watched I looks like the difficulty ramps up to kinda dumb. I don’t think I would have enjoyed it back then as well. Games like Celeste are spot on difficult but the precision of control is amazing even if it’s hard as hell.this game tries that middle ground of hard yet not to bad. But back to difficulty.I found if the controls of the gameplay doesn’t match a difficult game then it truly makes it more of a bore then fun. Sure the old school graphics have its charm but there is a lot more games of this genre that are far more better. It’s not that it’s difficulty is all that bad but I just found it very bland and blah. Unless your truly desperate for a single player metroidvania type of game then get this one.
